Working PrincipleThe work of the rotary packer is mainly divided into two parts: first, the rotation drive of the packaging machine. After frequency conversion speed regulation, the main drive motor drives the packaging machine to rotate through the reducer, transmission gear set and main shaft. Second, the filling of cement bags. The cement to be packaged enters the rotary drum through the feeding device, and then enters the power head shell through each small silo. The drive motor drives the impeller in the shell to rotate at high speed through the pulley, so that the cement is thrown out under the action of centrifugal force, filled into the cement bags through the discharge nozzle and ash outlet, and finally dropped to the bag receiving conveyor at a fixed point for transmission. |

Installation of the Rotary Packer
1. The main machine of the packaging machine must be installed in a place with a solid foundation. The foundation should be free of vibration and have sufficient strength and bearing capacity. Embedded iron should be provided, and the installation plane should be horizontal. The power supply and air source should be easily accessible.
2. Determination of the central installation position of the packaging machine
First, determine the central position of the large dust collecting hopper based on the reserved hole center of the large dust collecting hopper, then take the central position of the large dust collecting hopper as the reference to determine the central installation position of the packaging machine and mark it.
3. The general installation sequence of the packaging machine is: install the large dust collecting hopper - install the lower centering device - install the lower support device - install the suspension beam and rotary drum. The installation sequence can also be determined according to the on-site situation.
