Working Principle

· Trigger and Sensing: Upon receiving signals such as vehicle arrival, material specifications, and compartment dimensions, the system accurately collects vehicle position, material packaging information, and compartment space data via visual recognition and ranging sensors.

· Path Planning: The system automatically generates an optimal loading path and stacking scheme for double-arm collaborative or independent operation, and can assign task priorities to the two arms based on material characteristics.

· Dual-Arm Collaborative Movement: It drives the dual-cantilever telescopic actuators to perform synchronized or independent lifting, telescoping, and angle adjustment, and cooperates with the dual-side conveying mechanism to stack materials layer by layer according to the planned layout.

· Real-Time Dynamic Adjustment: Multiple sensors monitor material posture, remaining compartment space, and dual-arm operating status throughout the process, dynamically adjusting arm movements to ensure stacking accuracy and maximize space utilization.

· Automatic Reset: After loading is complete, both arms automatically retract and reset, ready for the next task.
