Working Principle

The key of the quad-arm smart loader lies its multi-axis linkage intelligent control system. Upon receiving trigger signals-including vehicle arrival, material specifications, and compartment dimensions-the system leverages a multi-sensor network (integrating visual recognition and laser ranging) to accurately capture vehicle position, material packaging details, and compartment space data. It then automatically generates optimal loading paths and stacking schemes for four-arm collaborative operation.

The system drives four sets of cantilever telescopic actuators to perform synchronized or independent lifting, telescoping, and fine angle adjustments, working in tandem with four conveying mechanisms to stack materials layer by layer according to the planned layout. Throughout the process, multi-sensors conduct real-time monitoring of material posture, remaining compartment space, and arm operation status, dynamically adjusting each arm’s movements to ensure stacking precision and maximize space utilization. Once loading is complete, all four arms automatically retract and reset, ready for the next task.
