The CCSP BagJet Automatic Bag Placing Machine (Belt Ejection Type) primarily consists of the bag ejection mechanism, bag feeding mechanism, transfer mechanism, bag storage mechanism, electrical control cabinet, and pneumatic control cabinet.

 

Bag Ejection Mechanism

The Automatic Bag Placing Machine employs an advanced belt-ejection design, ensuring a high bag placement success rate. The mechanism features a compact and flexible structure, and adopts a linkage design driven by servo motor control. This configuration offers a simple structural layout, high operational stability, and reliable performance.

Bag Feeding Mechanism

The bag feeding unit is equipped with a stainless-steel platform, offering an attractive appearance and extended service life. The platform structure is simple, practical, and reliable. Bag feeding is driven by a chain transmission system, ensuring durability, and is fitted with an automatic chain tensioner to eliminate the need for frequent chain length adjustments. The feeding drive is controlled by a servo motor, providing precise positioning, strong operational stability, and fewer wearing parts.

Transfer Mechanism

The transfer unit transfers packaging bags from the bag storage mechanism to the working table of the bag ejection unit after rotating them to the required angle. It can be configured to rotate to specific angles as needed, facilitating the installation of the bag storage mechanism and saving installation space for the equipment. The transfer mechanism is driven by servo motor control, ensuring stable and reliable performance. Vertical movement is achieved using a guide rail and slider structure, providing consistent quality, extended service life, low maintenance costs, and adaptability to various site conditions.

Bag Storage Mechanism

The bag storage assembly serves as the storage unit for packaging bags and can accommodate 270–420 bags. The capacity can be customized according to site requirements, and if sufficient space is available, the storage capacity may be increased. The transmission mechanism adopts a chain drive, ensuring long service life. The reducer is a helical gear reducer, providing stable and reliable performance. The stacking of woven bags in the storage unit is simple and easy to operate. An emergency stop pull-cord switch is installed to allow the system to be shut down immediately in case of danger, thereby enhancing operational safety.
