CCSP Holding Group’s 5th Innovation Conference Concludes with a Focus on Pragmatic Innovation

On April 23, CCSP Holding Group successfully held its 5th Innovation Conference & the main venue event of Innovation Week 2026 under the theme “United in Purpose, Pragmatic and Innovative.” All CCSP employees gathered at the roadshow area and joined online, reviewing past achievements and charting the future course to embark on a new journey of high-quality, innovation-driven development.
Over five editions, the conference themes have evolved step by step – from technological innovation, to company-wide innovation, new-quality innovation, quality-driven innovation, and now pragmatic innovation. This progression vividly maps CCSP’s deepening innovation path: from initial exploration to full-scale rollout, from precision enhancement to tangible implementation.
Key Highlights of the Conference
The Group first took stock of its 2025 innovation achievements. Over the past year, employees made breakthroughs in intellectual property, technical paper publications, and the funneling of key projects into the Group’s innovation pool. Many results have been successfully translated into production efficiency, injecting real momentum into CCSP’s growth.
Mr. Ding Zhaojin, Vice President of CCSP Holding Group and General Manager of China Machinery Company, announced the Decision on Recognizing 2025 Innovation Projects and Outstanding Individuals, and presented awards to top performers – honoring their dedication and igniting enthusiasm across the workforce.
Establishment of the Expert Committee
A major highlight of the conference was the formal announcement by Mr. Wang Linyang, Rotating CEO of the Group and General Manager of the Procurement Center, regarding the establishment of the Expert Committee and the release of appointment decisions. This marks a critical step in CCSP’s innovation system development, ushering in a new phase of professional guidance and think-tank support that will provide authoritative direction for technical breakthroughs and innovation planning, solidifying the Group’s technological foundation for long-term success.
Presidential Address: Pragmatic Innovation Defined
In his keynote speech, Mr. Cao Wei, President of CCSP Holding Group, decoded the core meaning of “pragmatic innovation” using three keywords: Implementation, Controllability, and Closed-loop. He opened with a clear statement: “Innovation that does not solve real problems is not true innovation,” setting a pragmatic tone for the Group’s innovation efforts.
Mr. Cao emphasized that innovation is the fundamental strength that keeps CCSP alive, strong, and sustainable. He outlined the three pillars of pragmatic innovation:

- Controllability as Principle – Clear milestones and detailed targets ensure that processes are controlled and outcomes reliable, avoiding “all talk and no fruit.”
- Closed-loop as Foundation – A complete innovation management loop (full documentation, regular reviews, continuous optimization) steadily improves innovation capability through iteration.
“Reward is my promise to you and the unchanging principle of the Group,” Mr. Cao stated, committing full support and recognition for innovation efforts, ensuring that those who strive find a stage and fair returns.
