July blazes with heat, and CCSP faces its "mid-year examination". Subsidiaries and branches at home and abroad gathered together to summarize work experience in the first half of the year, identify existing shortcomings, clarify the goals for the second half, and embark on a new journey where CCSPers uphold the spirit of courage in the face of difficulties and unity in striving.
Against a backdrop of a severe, complex and sluggish global economy, characterized by shrinking market demand, restricted production scales and declining investment willingness; domestically, the economy is under mounting downward pressure, with fierce industry competition, severe overcapacity, and a growing number of enterprises facing enormous challenges in operation and even survival. Amid such difficulties, risks and challenges, under the leadership of the senior management team, CCSPers have braved the headwinds to break new ground, forging ahead with greater resolve in the face of adversity. With half the year elapsed, all subsidiaries and branches have achieved half of their annual targets, delivering a satisfactory "mid-year report".
The differentiation of the global economy will be the new normal for future development. This requires us to break free from traditional, linear thinking as early as possible to adapt to the complexity and diversity of engineering projects. Embracing uncertainty and seeking new opportunities are precisely the ways for us to find our position and secure our future. Just like every major transformation in history, the adaptable survive and the innovative lead.
Chairman Yuan Zhizhou delivered an impassioned mobilization and encouragement to the conference. He made a comprehensive, systematic and brilliant exposition on talent cultivation, technological and institutional innovation, corporate culture building, international layout and strategic development of the enterprise. He called on all cadres and employees to work together with one heart to rise to challenges; to promote mentorship, guidance, support and learning, and to strive for innovation and self-reliance; to "turn crises into opportunities" amid complex changes and step onto a new stage of high-quality development for CCSP.
Chairman Yuan inspired all CCSP employees, especially the young generation, to "gather sparks to form a galaxy, compose new chapters through hard work, and pursue dreams with youth without regret". He urged them to make unremitting efforts in a caring enterprise to achieve success for others, for their families, and for themselves.
