What Is a Cement Unmanned Automatic Loading Machine? A Detailed Explanation of Its Working Principle

What Is a Cement Unmanned Automatic Loading Machine?

Cement is transported out from the conveyor belt beneath the packing machine and then directly delivered into the truck hopper through this equipment. This loading method can save loading labor, improve loading efficiency, and reduce bag breakage caused during handling and loading/unloading processes.

 

Working Principle of the Cement Unmanned Automatic Loading Machine

Bagged finished cement units are transferred from the lateral conveyor to the feeding belt conveyor of the mobile bagged cement truck loader via the bag discharge baffle. After being conveyed by the feeding and discharging conveyors, the bagged finished units reach the end pallet of the discharging conveyor for bag unloading and truck loading.

 

The operator can control the unloading position and stacking height with one hand, and adjust the unloading height of the discharging conveyor and the longitudinal position of the whole machine with the other hand, thus completing the entire loading process for one truck.

 

During the longitudinal movement of the mobile bagged cement truck loader, the bag discharge from the lateral conveyor must fall onto the conveyor belt of the feeding conveyor to ensure reliable bag unloading and loading operations. Each loader’s feeding conveyor can receive bag discharges from 1 to 2 lateral conveyors. It is important to note the effective length of the feeding conveyor when placing an order.

 

The longitudinal movement distance of the mobile bagged cement truck loader, i.e., the loader stroke, should be selected according to the type of truck to be loaded. Generally, the length of a freight truck compartment ranges from 7 to 12 meters, so a loader with a longitudinal movement distance of 7 to 11 meters can meet the requirements. The conveying distance of the feeding belt conveyor is 7 to 18 meters.
