Yuan Zhizhou, President of the Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce in Uzbekistan, Attends Chinese Embassy National Day Reception

Tashkent, September 25, 2026 - On September 25, the Chinese Embassy in Uzbekistan hosted a reception in Tashkent to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. About 400 guests attended, including Uzbek Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov and other government officials, friends from various sectors, diplomatic envoys accredited to Uzbekistan, and representatives of Chinese-funded institutions, overseas Chinese, and Chinese students. Yuan Zhizhou, President of the Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce in Uzbekistan, was invited to attend.
In his remarks, Chinese Ambassador to Uzbekistan Yu Jun said that, under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, China-Uzbekistan relations have continued to improve and upgrade, with fruitful cooperation across various fields. Next year will mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Uzbekistan. The two sides will further consolidate strategic mutual trust and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation.
During the reception, Yuan Zhizhou had cordial exchanges with Ambassador Yu Jun, Prime Minister Aripov, and representatives from various sectors. He shared updates on the development of Jiangsu enterprises in Uzbekistan. Yuan said that the Chamber will continue to play a bridging role, supporting Jiangsu enterprises in Uzbekistan in deepening their presence in the local market and promoting China-Uzbekistan economic and trade cooperation.
