Project Overview
For the automatic bag placing machine renovation project of Hunan Longhui Nanfang Cement, adaptive transformation was carried out on the packing machines, with one ejection-type automatic bag placing machine added to each. The old packing machines were fully transformed into pneumatic bag pushing type packing machines to meet the needs of the bag placing machines. Meanwhile, the bag receiving machine and integrated bag sorting & cleaning machine were replaced synchronously.
Technical Requirements After Overall Renovation of bag packing machine
1. Maximum hourly output of 120 tons after upgrade
2. Single bag weight of 50kg (±0.3kg) after upgrade
3. Upgraded to pneumatic bag pushing structure to match the use of bag placing machines
Technical Requirements for bag placing machine
1. Bag ejection accuracy >98%
2. Hourly output of 100 tons
3. Bag feeding platform with lifting function, capable of placing more than 20 bags at a time when bags are flat
4. Equipped with manual and automatic bag insertion switching function; manual bag insertion available when the machine malfunctions
Requirements for Bag Receiving & Cleaning Machine
1. Integrated full-enclosed design for bag receiving and cleaning machine to reduce system air leakage, improve dust collection efficiency and prevent dust leakage.
Improvements & Results after Overall Renovation:
1. The maximum hourly output reaches 120 tons/hour after background upgrade.
2. The bag inserting accuracy rate is over 98%.
3. The hourly output per unit reaches 100 tons/hour.
4. Dust is reduced, the workers' working environment is improved, and the packing efficiency is greatly enhanced.
