Project Overview

Supporting transformation of intelligent bag ejecting machine and packing machine; bag receiving machine conveys bags to the long belt; including demolition of existing equipment, installation of new equipment, cable and bridge installation, commissioning, and realization of required intelligent bag shooting.

Performance Improvements

1. Bag insertion efficiency: ≥100 tons per hour

2. Bag insertion success rate: no less than 97%

3. Bag pressing and dust-free function: When a damaged cement bag is shot to the packing machine, the packing machine automatically stops feeding; alarms and stops the packing machine when 2 bag nozzles fail to work

4. Data connection with Ruichang Cement's one-card system and sales platform to achieve optimal process flow between intelligent bag insertion, packing machine and long belt
