Project Overview

The cement packing site suffered from severe dust pollution, which posed significant hazards to operators' health. To prevent or eliminate harmful impacts on workers' health and various accidents, the company planned to upgrade the existing manual bag insertion technology to advanced automatic cement bag insertion technology. This upgrade aimed to improve the grade, technical content and added value of cement packing, as well as enhance the company's market competitiveness and brand image.

After on-site inspection of the automatic bag placing machines, they demonstrated stable operation and low failure rates, realizing unmanned bag insertion and greatly improving packing efficiency. Suitable for automatic bag insertion of various types of rotary cement packing machines, the product features high integration, easy installation, stable performance, compact appearance, high bag insertion accuracy, and strong adaptability to various cement packing bags. Compared with robotic arm-type automatic bag placing machines, it offers higher output, higher success rate, faster speed, simple docking, and no need for foundation construction.
